Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 weeks after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Before shipping the gear, we make every effort to ensure that the product is ready for fun adventures with your pups. Each item is hand made in our home shop.
We appreciate your patience as we process your order as quicky as possible
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped.
- Tracking details will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Shipping Destinations
- Domestic shipping is available within Canada.
- Local Delivery available within radius of 30km from our Aylmer, Ontario location.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
Damages & Lost Packages
- We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If an order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees.
